Safety and Education

First Choice Lease Labor is committed to the safety and education of all team members. From the front desk to the front line, First Choice is committed to creating a safety culture that will help promote the quality of life for everyone involved. The core of our safety program is a 10 hour safety certification. Each team member is required complete the OSHA 10 construction safety certification class or provide proof that they have already received the training. First Choice follows up this training with safety bulletins, monthly mailers, and an OSHA trained safety coordinator on staff to do on site training and inspections at the request of our clients. We further this education and safety awareness by offering certification classes, at no charge, for the following topics:

• Aerial Lift Operator
• Scissor Lift Operator
• Rugged Terrain Forklift (Lull) Operator
• Hilti Powder Actuated Tools
• Confined Space
• G.H.S. (Formerly M.S.D.S.)
• Fall Protection
